What is slow stitching?
Slow stitching is about the joy of stitching and the act of creating, rather than worrying about perfection or neatness
If you are stitching and someone asks you "What's that going to be?"
it's OK if your answer is:
"It's a piece of fabric, and I chose to put some stitches on it".
It doesn't HAVE to be anything more than that .. it is enough.
You are enough, and whatever you manage to do is enough. It's not a test, it's not competition, it's not a race .. it is a space to let yourself breathe.
